Great Rivers Mission District Quilt Raffle

Our Disaster Response Warehouse has been blessed with the donation of a very special quilt. It is hand-stitched and signed, measures 75” x 91”, depicts a farming theme and is in excellent condition. Because of its uniqueness, rather than distribute it in the normal fashion as our other quilts, it is being put up for auction amongst our churches within the District. The money collected from the highest bidder will be used towards funding our GRMD Disaster Response Warehouse. The quilt will be on display at here at ALC until October 14th at which time it will be taken to First Lutheran Church in Pontiac for the District Convocation on the 15th. 

Members in attendance at the Convocation may submit bids in person, otherwise, bids should be sent via email to Terry Doyle, Warehouse Coordinator: tdoyle2@msn.com. Please include your name, address, phone number, Church name and amount of your bid. Bidding will be open from now until 12:00 Noon on October 15th and the winner will be announced by the end of the Convocation. Anyone having any questions may contact Terry at (815)258-8474.
